Since I joined Nurole as the only product designer and first designer in house, there was so much to put in place. I started by creating a full digital colour palette and then implemented a full design system brick by brick, following the atomic design conventions.
Following this, I started suggesting some core changes to the architecture and navigation by separating the marketing website from the member (signed in) experience to have a better understanding of public content VS Nurole member content.
Then we worked with a branding agency who created a full new colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines which meant that we were then ready to rework our tools with a much stronger brand identity.
From then the projects I've have been working on include:
— complete redesign of the marketing website
— rework of the full application process
— discovery phase exploring how to improve our client journey, and continuing onto delivering this brand new experience and tooling for them
— full redesign of the roles list
— many more pieces of work improving our members and clients experience

All this is being done through discovery, iterations, testing, pairing with developers and product managers, CX, customer success, business development, etc. It is a huge team effort and there is so much collaboration at every stage of each project. We also started to work using the Shape up methodology that allows proper pairing between developer / product manager / designer, and allows to get to more sensible, feasible and better suited solutions.
Iris Worldwide — 2018-2020
UX — Product Design
Over the last almost 2 years at Iris I've worked on a variety of projects from user journeys to Template inventories, to site maps, to wireframing, prototyping but also client workshops, requirement gathering meetings, etc.
Samsung Backstage 2.0 (Learning Platform) has been a turning point for me as it made me realise that digital product design is definitely what I love the most. Working hand in hand from the beginning of the project with the UI designer on it (Blanca Hong) and then together with the tech team to build the project as per our recommendations and design decisions taught me a lot.
—
Amazon Ask Alexa (Learning Platform) was a way for us to apply everything we learnt from Backstage to design a whole new version of their learning platform.
Wapp (travel Insurance app) is the last product I've been working on for the last 6 months. Building all the use cases and wireframes for this app and web app was a long process of iterations and client sessions to understand and build this product. You can see the product here
I also had the chance to take part and win 1st place of the 1st ever Hackathon organised by KFC in December 2018.
Clients — Samsung, Amazon, KFC, Wacom, Adobe…
